How do I care for my apparel?
To keep your apparel looking its best and maintain design quality, please follow these care guidelines:
- Turn garments inside out before washing
- Machine wash cold with like colors
- Hang Dry
- DO NOT tumble dry
When will I get my order?
Digital products are received via email within 1 hour of purchase.
In stock apparel orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Preordered apparel items are processed within 10-15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Please note:
- Processing time does not include shipping time
- Shipping delays may occur during high-volume releases, holidays, or due to carrier delays beyond our control
How do I request a return or exchange?
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Damaged or incorrect items received
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is required
Return shipping and handling, and reshipping (for exchanges) costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once received and inspected, approved returns or exchanges will be processed promptly.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
